DTC is engaged in this business through its Group company DTC Projects Pvt. Ltd. The grouphas successfully completed two Kolkata real estate development projects with a consolidated built-up area of 0.2 million square feet. The projects serviced the needs of 38 satisfied home buyers. The group launched a residential township project comprising 1,100 apartments in Joka (Kolkata). This project will build on the proposed metro rail project that promises to connect Joka with downtown Kolkata (central business district of BBD Bag) in just 21 minutes. The proposed township is just 900 metres from the proposed Joka metro station.

DTC is looking forward to invest in the realm of affordable housing in the up and coming areas of Kolkata as well as in Tier-I and Tier-II cities. The government clearings on the REIT policies also act as catalyst for mobilising new project funding and commercial property monetisation.


DTC is engaged in this business through Rajmahal Quartz Sand, Kaolin Co. and DTC Minerals Pvt. Ltd. The Group mines and processes silica sand and china clay and is in the process of setting up units to process graphite & stone chips.

The Group intends to broaden its base by exploring minerals not only in India but also in other mineral rich Asian countries as well. Domestically, it aims to forge strategic partnerships with state corporations so as to enhance its customer base and augment its average project ticket size.


DTC is responsible for laying outsourced ductile iron pipes for private and governmentagencies in Western and Southern India. Currently, engaged with Electro steel casting Ltd. for the supply of ductile iron pipes and technical assistance in the South, DTC is fostering ahead to explore new arenas across the country and new tie-ups, assuring the best of quality and service to the customers.

With its core competencies in place, the Company is bidding aggressively to win new projects for providing end-to-end water distribution systems. This includes sourcing river water, purifying it, storing and then distributing it. DTC will look to further build up its order book and its presence in this sector.


DTC has ventured recently in the logistics sector and currently provides end to end warehousing solution. The company has currently operations in 5 key locations - Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi-NCR and Kolkata region. DTC is further expanding its warehousing footprint on a pan-India basis.

The Group is looking to further diversify in the supply chain sector by bringing warehousing, transportation, custom clearance and other logistics functions under a single roof.
